A veteran DLF Builder with its next biggest mall in Delhi-NCR with an investment of Rs 300 crore in may month next year will open new structure to cherish and have all exclusive benefits in the upcoming time.
Beyond this, they will also plan “Mall of India” in Noida with the budget of Rs 1,700 crore by November this year. Along with this, they are about to complete another mall “Emporio” in Central Delhi, Chanakyapuri and should be open by Next May
“Year 2012, we launched the project holding wide cinemas, which will have a grand opening in November 20 & 27,” added by Pushpa Bector, DLF’s senior vice-president and head of leasing and mall management.
Mall of India is an assortment of seven screen cinema, 450 retail units and food court with the arrangement of 1,000 seats. The place covers with 40 per cent of food space holding 22 casual dining restaurants.
As per the builder’s speculation this mall is expecting Rs 200 crore rental income every year. Delhi-NCR has the best purchasing power.
Annual rent income of DLF was Rs 2,400 crore last fiscal year from commercial properties (including shopping malls & offices).
