Country’s largest real estate firm DLF has combined net profit of Rs. 219.68 crore for the quarter ended march 31 against a net loss of Rs.4.19 crore in the year-ago period. And with the drop of 11.5 per cent to Rs.1,969.45 crore in the fourth quarter of last fiscal as compared with Rs. 2,225.55 crore in the related quarter of previous year .
The company posted the net profit in the March 2013 quarter seen a sharp jump in other income at Rs.552.15 crore from Rs. 93.24 crore. And during 2013-14 fiscal year, DLF’s net profit trims down to Rs646.21 crore from Rs 711.92 crore in the previous year. Nonetheless, total income form operations increased to Rs 8,298.04 in the last fiscal form Rs 7,772.84 crore in the financial year 2012-13.
