Through this, the registration will be having proofs of being original. This certificate will be valid for five years and after that, the owners can renew the certificate online. What developers and the agents have to do?
The certificate will be like that the rules will be on the left side and the basic objective is to avoid the duplication and manipulation. With this, a standard format for the owners has also been prepared so that they can get their properties registered and the same will be uploaded on the authority’s website too so that all the proofs can be maintained. The agents/ developers will fill the details and will attach the required documents at the time of submission.
This form will be having all the rules for the agents and a clear point has been mentioned that no one will be responsible for anything if the property is not registered. A fixed amount of Rs 25,000 per property has been fixed as the fee that will be submitted in the form of cheque/demand draft with the form.
