According to the survey, almost 57% of Indians that next 30 days would be a good time to buy the property along with the revised sentiments follow by the formation of stable government, as per the survey done by global research firm lpsos.
Lpsos is founded in France in 1975, and it is an independent market research company managed and run by research professionals.
Furthermore, almost 57% that it six in ten Indians think that next 30 days will surely be the right time to buy real estate, led by, vacation property, house or investment property, added by lpsos.
Due to the formation of a new stable government at the centre, the consumer sentiments which were pretty low in the last two years have improved. Besides this, the real estate price are expected to go northwards by the end this year, added by Bhasker Canagaradjou. Associate Director, lpsos.
Even the real estate market may see a small jump in the demand and increase in the number of transactions in the near future, he added.
With the majority % of 65% of people in Russia think that next 30 days will be the right time led by, India with (57%), Indonesia(55%), Ireland(51%), Great Britain(47%), Mexico(44%), Hungary(42%) along with United States(41%), Germany(40%), Canada(39%) and so on.
The entire survey was conducted in 26 countries with 20.144 adults (age 18-24) in the US & Canada and other cities the age group of (16-64).
