It is speculated that by 2030, the real estate and construction sector going to be third largest sector which is contributing about 15 per cent to Indian GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and further, it is giving bread & butter to about 75 million people where it is ease for them to work and get secured job.
According to the recent report by KPMG and National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) outlines that programmes launched by the central government in the recent time to acknowledge the challenges in urbanization and Real Estate sector and even policy reforms undertaken by government of India to address everything in the most appropriate way.
As per the report, India’s urban population boosted by almost 40 per cent from 420 million in 2015 to estimated around 580 million by 2030, where there will be high requirement of housing sector by 2022 in both urban and rural because both the areas ask for comfortable & secured space.
Interestingly, umpteen of programmes were launched to support with extravagant population (Smart Cities, Housing for all, HRIDAY and AMRUT). At present, there is a shortage of about 60 million houses where the target is to provide quality houses with basic facilities.
Alas, there are several projects which are not in its possession stage and going to take enough time to deliver. But new policies and other kind of comfort are working as a key to deliver projects on time where it has removed many bottlenecks faced my both the builders and buyers.
So the speed of the projects delivery going to escalate where investors very soon will take a pleasure out of it and on the other hand, those who haven’t investment yet can go for lucrative investment as many projects are there in a row.
