Tata Housing a real estate arm of Tata Group has ventured into the residential market of Noida by associating with a local real estate developer. Before now this real estate developer has launched four luxurious & noteworthy residential projects in Gurgaon.
In January 2016, another reputed developer “Godrej Properties” has also ventured Noida real estate in association with Lotus Greens Developer to develop a residential project of 36 acres.
Now Tata Housing also has entered the residential property market of Noida with Lotus Greens developing a 300 acre integrated township by the name of Lotus Greens.
According to the sources, this real estate developer just signed a contract for 20 acre project in Sector 150 Noida, which in the last few years has become a most important real estate destination. The development is expected to be launched soon with the complete brochure of the number of apartments, floor plan, master plan, payment plan and prices etc.
Recently Godrej Properties in Greater Noida has launched a villas project in partnership with ACE Group and sold the villas of Rs. 300 Crore approx in 100 acres of township despite the slowdown in real estate of India.
According to the real estate experts price of the lands are rising everywhere, that’s why many builders are entering into a joint venture with land owners or other small builders. If we talking about Tata Housing residential projects’ portfolio, then we observe that about 75% of developments are in joint venture with small developers or land owners.
