Notes:-
  • All payment has to be remitted by cheque/DD in favour of “S.N.JEE Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at New Delhi only. Company reserves sole rights of allotment of plot.
  • The Construction stages can be called for payment in any sequence irrespective of the stages.
  • External Development Charges (EDC) & Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) is not included in the Basic Sale price (BSP) & shall be charged extra. In case of any revision of EDC / IDC by the government agencies in future, same will be recovered on pro-rata basis.
  • Preferential Location Charges (PLC) for preferential location plot as described by the company shall be payable additionally in the manner within the times as stated in the payment plan. More than 1PLC might be applicable on 1 Plot.
  • All other charges include Stamp duty, Registration fees, Utility Connection Charges (UCC), Club Membership Charges & Power Backup (Common Facilities) Charges, Interest free Maintenance Security (IFMS) are payable by the buyer as stated in the payment plan.
  • In case any additional taxes, cesses like service tax etc are imposed on the developer after the issuance of allotment letter, same shall be payable by the plot owner on pro-rata basis as and when demanded by the developer.
  • The possession will be offered by the company only on receiving the complete payment as per the plot buyer’s Agreement.
  • Prices are subject to revision /withdraw without notice at the company’s sole discretion. Terms & conditions stated herein are merely indicative with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. For detailed term and conditions please refer to the Plot Buyer’s Agreement.
  • Customer shall be eligible for additional rebate/discount on advancing any payment over and above the payment as per the payment plan chosen by the customer, calculated @10% P.A.
  • Club is proposed as future extension of the project and shell be subject to approvals from the respective authorities.
