Note:-
- All rates mentioned above, Except for Car Parking, are Per Sq. Ft of super area of the unit.
- The prices and Discounts are subject to change before booking without prior notice at the sole discreation of the company.
- The terms and Condition would be as per standard Application form and Builder Buyer Aggrement.
- Service tax, Plc, Power Back up Charges, External Electriication, Labour Cess, STP, If Any, Fire fighting Charges, Other Govt Levies/ Taxes, Stamp Duty, Sale Deed Registration Charges, Intrest Free Maintenance Charges, Common Maintenance, E.T.C shall be charged extra in addition to above Basic sale price.
- Cheques and Demand Draft to be issued in favour of "Ansal Housing and Construction Limited" and made payable at New Delhi/ Gurgaon Only. No Outstation Cheque Will Be accepted.
- Booking is subject to detailed terms & Condition of Application form & Allotment Letter/ Builder Buyer Aggrement.
- Above payment plan are applicable for the payment of Basic Cost, PLC, Car Parking, EDC, IDC, EEC, FFC, Taxes, Govt. Levies and Other Charges e.t.c as applicable shall be payble as and when demanded by the company.EDC/IDC @ 550/- per sq.ft.
- Under Construction link Payment plan, instalments will become due as per construction status achieved at the site irrespective of the serial order mentioned above.
- If at the time of booking any or more construction stages mentioed in payment plan has already been completed, the total amount payable in respect of such stages shall have to be paid with in 45 days from the date of booking.
- Delay in payments attracts interest @24 % compunded quarterly.
