  • Apartment sizes starting from 2025 sq.ft. onwards {Carpet Area- 115.416 sq.mtrs. (1242.338 sq.ft.) + Balcony area: 22.677 sq.mtrs. (244.095 sq.ft.) onwards}
  • Net Unit Price comprises of Basic Price + PLCs + Exclusive right to use 1 open car parking space + Club Membership charges + Interest Free Maintenance Security + EDC/IDC + Operational charges
  • Total Unit Price shall be Unit Price plus Maintenance Charges plus Taxes (As Applicable)
  • Stamp Duty/Registration charges and Maintenance Charges shall be payable along with the last instalment based on then prevailing rates
  • Service Tax/VAT/GST payable extra by the customer as per demand
  • Cheque to be made in Favour of “Emaar Palm Premier”
  • Taxes to be paid along with each instalment as demanded by company
  • TDS as per govt. norms to be deducted by customer & certificate provided to company
  • TPR - timely payment rebate is applicable only if all instalment plus applicable taxes are paid as per agreed payment plan schedule as prescribed by the company. In case of any payment plus applicable taxes default the TPR amount shall stand nullified
  • GST ITC (input tax credit) as offered in the scheme shall be binding and final amount and shall get adjusted on the intimation of possession instalment
