Notes:-
  • Areas, specifications, plans, images are other details are indicative and subject to change.
  • Stamp duty, registration charges and other Government levies are to be borne by Applicant (s) on actual basis. In case of levy of any Development charges / other levies, taxes, or duties, LBT / EDC in future by the authorities, the same shall be borne by Applicant(s) on actuals.
  • Other Charges mentioned above are tentative and subject to change, wthout notice, at the discretion of the Developer and are recoverable on actual basis.
  • As per the extant regulations
    • If the value of the flat is more than 1(one)crore then the Service Tax chargeable is 4.35% (High End Flats) on Sale Consideration &14.5% on Floorrise & other charges
    • If the value of the flat is less than 1 (one) crore then the Service Tax chargeable is 3.625% (Low End Flats) on the Flat Consideration and 14.5% on floor ruse and other charges
  • Taxes and Govt duties / levies are non-refundable.
  • As per provisions of Section 194IA , if the flat value is more than Rs. 50 Lakhs the Applicant(s) are required to be deduct TDS and remit the same to the Government.Upon such deduction and remittance to the Government, the Applicant(s) are required to submit duly signed TDS Certificate (Form 16B) to the Developer by 5th of said month.
  • Subject to title and location clearances, necessary approvals/permissions.
