  • The building plans and units sizes are tentative and the builder may make some changes, modifications, alterations and additions there in as may be deemed necessary or may be required to be done by the Builder, the Government/DTCP, any other local Authority or Body having jurisdiction.
  • The unit area is super built-up area, which includes covered area plus proportionate share of common area such as staircase, passage, community space, lift facilities, mumties etc.
  • Bookin& is subject to detailed tenms and conditions as given in buyer's agreement.
  • Registrations stamp duty charges, service tax and any other taxes extra as per government nonms.
  • The company anc its agents does not encorse any kind of credit notes.
  • The price list is for the comparative purpose only. The flat shal be sold on lump sump price. This break-up is o nly for cakulation/comparative purpose.
  • No plan changes request shall be entertained
  • The company reserves the right to withd raw the payment plan at its sole discre~o n w~hout any prio r notice.
  • Interest at 18% shall be charged in case of delay in payments.
  • Power backup of "' KVA for 2BHK and 5 KVA for 3BHK is mancatory.
  • Water connection, sewa&e, 215 connection, electricity connection & other charges payable at the time of possession will be additional.
  • External Development Charges (EDC) & Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) are pro-rated per sq .ft. of super built up area as applicable to this Group Housing project. In case of any revision (retrospective or in future), the same would be payoble on pro-rata basis from the Applicant/Allottee.
