Commitment to come up with the balanced Real Estate regulatory bill will look after the interest of the interested buyers as well as industry; also the proposed law will prop up the belief of buyers and financial bodies in the cash zone.

Other than this, Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation Joint Secretary Rajiv Ranjan Mishra also stated that the government is thinking on the rental housing policies and affordable housing to keep the investment convenient.  Also the centre is working on the project approval systems.

The government complete devotion plus working on a positive line to ensure that new Regulation and Development Bill in new real estate guard the buyers and industry completely.

To nail it, the government is taking the opinion of developers, retail buyers, builders and other connected ministries to work on the solution. This bill has been served to the 21- member Select Committee of Rajya Sabha.

Additional, appeal made by the known Real Estate Industry to add all the Stakeholders and but not just the developers.

Surely, this bill will be a game changer for the real estate industry who is experiencing lethargic market, so it will be a good support.

To speed up the action, Mishra said a meeting with the related ministries for approval process on July 30.

Also he said”, We have casted a brief look on the same issue to the Ministry of Finance and RBI and has agreed to the demand and to give a satisfactory result”.

Besides all these, the government also working on the different cities to come up with a demo of affordable housing policy, so that best things are delivers further.

Soon the policy will be taken to the cabinet for its approval, so that the commitment is fulfill and things come to an action.
