Realty sector has got a biggest announcement by the renowned developer Godrej Properties that they have done a partnership to construct a housing project in Bengaluru.
It has been stated by Mumbai based Godrej Properties that the total saleable area of this project will be around 0.75 million sq.ft.
This project will be built up under profit sharing plan, he added.
This firm usually links up with land holders to construct real estate properties.
