New Delhi: Supertech has published that they are to make an investment of Rs.2400 cr for their clients to construct a township in Gurgaon. It is going to be on 140 acres big land which they have purchased from Parsvnath Developers.
The Managing Director of Supertech Group Mohit Arora has said it to the press reporters that they have done with the deal to buy 140 acres of land from Parsvnath Developers in exchange of Rs.700 crore.
Noida based realty developer is planning to develop this grand township in Sohna, Gurgaon.
This biggest project is going to contain 1900 flats and 1800 independent Villas/Homes said Arora. It will be the fourth project of Supertech in Gurgaon.
He said that the total budget of this project will be Rs.2400 crore in which the cost of land is also included. They have already paid the cost of land and rest of the amount of Rs.500-700 cr will be accumulated through sources like internal accruals and sales booking.
The basic selling price has fixed of Rs.4,400-4,750 pr sq.ft depending upon the payment plan.
It will be prepared for possession by 2020.
Parsvnath has sold this land to the Supertech last year in September for Rs.665 crore.
Today Supertech Group is a big name in the Real Estate Sector as they have completed total 33 million sq.ft of realty projects so far and working on 90 million sq.ft right now.
They are present not only in Delhi/NCR but also in many other states like Meerut, Moradabad, Haridwar, Rudrapur, Bengaluru, etc.
