About 16,800 affordable homes more in the next ten years because, IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, who has entered into an agreement with Tata Value Homes to put $25 million or Rs 160 crore to develop an affordable range of homes across India, so that it becomes easy for lower and  middle group  to have property.

Moreover, Tata Value Homes will take up the work ahead and bring out an extraordinary collection of homes with modern touch and amenities for a better lifestyle.

“We have delivered over 5,000 apartments in the price range of $8,000 to $50,000 (Rs 500,000 to Rs 30 lakh) and our partnership with IFC will shoot up the number of Affordable Housing in India,” added Brotin Banerjee, CEO and MD, Tata Housing.

“This way we will be called as India’s largest home provider in an affordable housing segment by 2018-2019,” added more.

Needless to say, development of nuclear families, urbanization, smart salaries have boosted  the demand of affordable homes and so, Tata Value Homes  play a major role in uplifting and fulfilling the needs of people.

Tata Value Homes incepted in 2010 dedicated to offer only pocket-friendly homes and introduced two brands named as - Shubh Griha for value homes and New Haven.

Current projects under Shubh Griha developed in Boisar near Mumbai and Ahmedabad 

Current projects under Tata New Haven is being developed at Boisar, Ahmedabad, Bahadurgarh, Harayana and Bengaluru.
