In the three days Google online Shopping Festival (GOSF) which was held in a previous month, also one of the top realty players Tata Housing collected almost booking orders of worth Rs 130 crore against 200 units.
Additionally, GOSF saw almost a four-time jump over an earlier year’s and that is really a good jump. And the total booking order compiles both affordable and luxury segments.
Also other renowned builders like Mahindra Lifespaces, HDFC Realty, Purvankara and others were also in the race, in which a buyers book their property by paying a booking amount. The participated builders had launched ultimate offers, such as Tata Housing offering projects within the financial budget.
Nearly, 200 units were sold out as part of the GOSF 2014, which were the mishmash of premium as well as affordable, statement given.
During 2013 edition of GOSF’s, 40 per cent of apartments bought by buyers from tier-II cities whereas, non-residential Indians captured more than 30 per cent.
