Good news, renowned realty firm “Tata Housing” will invest around Rs 600 crore to establish modern yet Affordable Residential Zone in Bahadurghar, Haryana. However, the company tied up with the local developer, where on approx 21.7 acres of land, this development will take place and have around 800-1,000 units with the starting price of Rs 50 lakh.
Tata Housing subsidiary, Tata Value Homes passed a statement “We have entered into Delhi-NCR’s and probably will offer lots more affordable projects to give others also a benefit to explore modern lifestyle.”
Though the developer did not mention the amount of investment, but as per the sources, it will come out Rs 600 crore.
Additionally, the company has got all mandatory approvals to proceed ahead, and soon they would start their first step.
