Price are firm and escalation free for the units once booked but are subject to change from time to time at the sole of the company. Price prevailing on the date of booking shall be applicable. In case of delay in payments as per payment plan opted, interest @18% per annum will be charged on delayed payments. Stamp duty and court fees shall be payable separately as per Uttrakhand Govt. norms. Individual electric meter connection charge shall be extra as applicable. The above area are super built-up area which includes covered area plus proportionate share of common area such as staircase, passage lifts facilities, etc. The actual area at the time of offer of possession may vary by ±10%. Maintenance charges for the ?rst year shall be payable in advance at the time of offer of the possession. Service Tax will be charged extra as applicable. Government taxes as applicable from time to time shall be payable by the allottee in addition to the sale price as stated above. Cheque / drafts to be issued in favour of “HERO REALTY LIMITED” Payable at New Delhi or Haridwar.
